1) Eligibility and Age Requirement
The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Services
NeraaFlow transforms ordinary photos into 3D isometric cube-style visuals. The App may allow you to upload photos, adjust depth/angles/shading, export high-resolution results, and share them.
3) Accounts
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
4) Your Content
4.1 User Content
"User Content" means any photos, images, text, or other content you upload, submit, or make available through the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use your User Content solely to provide and secure the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
4.2 Outputs
The App may generate outputs based on your User Content ("Outputs"). Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes, provided your use does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
4.3 Your Responsibilities
- You have all rights necessary to upload your User Content and grant the license above.
- Your User Content and use of the Services do not infringe or violate third-party rights.
5) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, or rights-violating content.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
- Do not disrupt the Services or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use automated means that burden systems or bypass controls.
6) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the App, you agree that we can process information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is provided separately.
7) Purchases and Billing (If Applicable)
The App may offer paid features. If you purchase through a mobile platform (such as the Apple App Store), billing and refunds are handled by the platform and subject to its terms. We do not receive your full payment card information.
8) Intellectual Property
The Services (software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeraaFlow Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeraaFlow Team from and against claims arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with law or protect the Services and users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Binding Arbitration: Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. The Effective Date above indicates when these Terms took effect.
